SIA Research Identifies 2026 Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms in the United States

Mountain View, California — Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global research and advisory firm focused on staffing and workforce solutions, announced its 2026 Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms in the United States. Ranking firms by 2021-2025 organic compound annual growth rate (CAGR) in US staffing revenue, the annual research identified a resilient group of firms achieving sustained growth in an evolving staffing landscape.

“Growth at this level does not happen by accident. It requires a clear strategy, strong leadership, disciplined execution, and a culture in which people are committed to moving the business forward,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “Growing in any market is an achievement. Delivering sustained, organic growth through several years of disruption and changing workforce demands is truly exceptional. The firms recognized on this year’s Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms list have demonstrated the resilience, focus, and collective commitment required to outperform. Congratulations to their leaders and teams on this remarkable accomplishment.”

  • All top 10 firms achieved growth of 55% or more, with the top five growing more than 65%.

  • Texas was home to most of the 2026 Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms, followed by Florida, California, and New York.

  • Two firms on this year’s list had 2025 revenue greater than $300 million.

  • 33% of this year’s fastest-growing US staffing firms have won SIA’s Best Staffing Firms to Work For award at least once since 2021.

Companies qualify for the Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms list by meeting two objective criteria: generating at least $1 million in US staffing revenue during the base year (2021 for the 2026 list) and achieving an organic CAGR of at least 15% in US staffing revenue over the subsequent four years (2021-2025 for the 2026 list). “I’ve spent my career helping companies grow, so I know how rare real growth is — and how few companies that talk about it actually deliver,” said BIC Founder and CEO Carl Stecker. “The ones included on this year’s list deliver. It’s an honor to celebrate what they’ve built, and exciting to think about what’s next.”
