What types of roles does Shiftfillers recruit for?

We recruit for light-industrial roles in warehousing and distribution.

How does the hiring process work?

Our hiring process takes, on average, less than a week. We use the latest technology to get you on payroll as soon as possible.

  1. You apply to the role by filling out a form on our website and answering a few job specific questions.
  2. Once  you meet the requirements for that role, you can proceed to background check and I9 verification right away or can choose to be contacted by a member of our staff instead. (If you don’t meet the requirements, we will try to match you to future opportunities that will be a better fit for you.)
  3. Once onboarding is complete, a member of our team will walk you through the next steps.

Are the roles full time?

Many of the roles are full time. However as a Shiftfillers employee we also will try to offer you additional shifts with different clients to fit your schedule.
