What types of roles does Shiftfillers recruit for?

We recruit for light-industrial roles in warehousing and distribution.

How does the hiring process work?

Our hiring process takes, on average, less than a week. We use the latest technology to get you on payroll as soon as possible.

  1. You apply to the role by filling out a form on our website and answering a few job specific questions.
  2. Once  you meet the requirements for that role, you can proceed to background check and I9 verification right away or can choose to be contacted by a member of our staff instead. (If you don’t meet the requirements, we will try to match you to future opportunities that will be a better fit for you.)
  3. Once onboarding is complete, a member of our team will walk you through the next steps.

Are the roles full time?

Many of the roles are full time. However as a Shiftfillers employee we also will try to offer you additional shifts with different clients to fit your schedule.

How does the Shiftfillers mobile app work?

Once you’re part of our workforce and download our app, you can set your availability to work when it suits you best. You will then receive notifications from us for jobs that meet your criteria, with all the relevant information you need. You can accept or decline an offer with a click and get direct instructions on what to do next.

The same app is used to check-in and out of work, helping us process your payment quickly.

Do I have to pay for Shiftfillers' services?

No, our clients are responsible for compensating us for the services provided.

What happens to my information if I am not the selected candidate for a search?

We maintain a system that safely saves all information gathered should your credentials match a future search assignment.
