Created by labor strategists, light industrial staffing experts, and staffing technology innovators with more than 60 years of combined experience, we were built to support complex workforce environments where production demands are high and consistency matters.
We specialize in labor-intensive operations, including manufacturing, distribution, food production, and temperature-controlled environments. Our team supports everything from rapid ramp-ups and onsite workforce management to long-term labor program execution across national operations.

How We Got Here
Shift Fillers was created to solve a problem we repeatedly saw across the staffing industry: companies could fill positions, but they still struggled to maintain stable, reliable workforces. High turnover, absenteeism, inconsistent attendance, and lack of operational accountability continued to disrupt production and strain operations teams.
Our founders recognized that staffing needed to evolve beyond transactional hiring. By combining workforce strategy, operational expertise, and technology, we built a model focused on reducing friction in the hiring process while improving workforce consistency, responsiveness, and support for both clients and employees.
