Shiftfillers’ VP of Strategic Growth is a triathlete who combines a powerful and versatile skill set in business just as he does in sports.

Jeremy Nunn is clearly a multi-talented guy. He competes in Ironman championships, a triathlon circuit that requires a 2.4-mile swim, 112-mile bicycle ride and a marathon 26.22-mile run. And that endurance, planning and commitment underpins everything he does in life. He started his professional journey at Temple University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics, later enhanced with an MBA from Seattle University. His strategic thinking allied to strong problem solving skills quickly drove him to managerial positions, leading large teams and delivering complex projects.

Jeremy’s relationship with enterprises started over a decade ago as Director of Client Services at Spherion Staffing where he successfully implemented several impactful projects for Microsoft’s human resources that resulted in multi-million-dollars savings for the tech giant. He then joined PeopleScout as Director of Operations, managing various MSP accounts for Fortune 100 clients with high volume staffing needs and leading multi-unit international teams supporting high profile events such as the Super Bowl, World Series, Final Four, World Meeting of Families and the Houston Rodeo.

After helping enterprises achieve the maximum ROI on their talent resources strategies, Jeremy now brings more than 15 years of experience in MSP, BPO, and total talent management to Shiftfillers. His perfect mix of enterprise expertise and holistic view enables him to transform ideas into technical solutions that effectively drive competitive advantage for our clients.

He chose to join Shiftfillers based on his belief that it can drastically improve the work experience for light industrial workers, through technology and best in class worker engagement programs. “The diversity and experience of the Shiftfillers leadership team, along with their passion to improve the worker experience in the light industrial space, makes this organization special. The unique combination of tech pioneers and industry leading labor strategists, also provides a unique competitive advantage to succeed in this vertical”, he adds.
